**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a talented and experienced litigation associate to join our team in Greenville, SC. Our firm specializes in a variety of practice areas including medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and general litigation. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual with excellent communication and litigation skills to join our team.
As a mid-level litigation associate, you will handle a variety of civil litigation matters including court appearances, depositions, and legal research. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse cases and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We value teamwork and encourage our associates to think strategically and exhibit strong intellectual curiosity.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience handling civil litigation matters - Active South Carolina bar license - Strong research and writing skills - Ability to handle court appearances and depositions with minimal supervision - Teamwork mentality - Strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity
