As a Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff to develop case management strategies for complex legal matters. We are looking for someone who is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and has 1-5 years of progressive civil litigation experience, including motions briefing, depositions, motions arguments, and trial or arbitration experience.

Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis on complex construction defect cases - Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents - Take and defend depositions - Argue motions in court or arbitration - Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case management strategies - Attend hearings and trials as necessary - Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado - 1-5 years of progressive civil litigation experience - Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills - Motivated and eager to take on challenging legal issues - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Experience in construction defect practice area is a plus
Salary and Benefits: - Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000 - Salary within the range will be commensurate with candidate's level of experience - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off
