Adams and Reese LLP, a super-regional law firm, is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join its commercial litigation team in Columbia, SC. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior associate to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage a diverse range of litigation matters • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs • Participate in all aspects of the discovery process • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel • Attend hearings and trials • Provide support to senior attorneys as needed
Qualifications: • Strong academic credentials • Active South Carolina law license • 1-2 years of litigation experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills
