Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Associate
Are you an experienced litigation attorney looking for a new opportunity? Johnston Allison Hord, a reputable law firm, is currently seeking an associate with three to eight years of litigation experience to join our Litigation Practice Group. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney who is interested in general commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, construction litigation, or employment litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on various litigation matters - Conduct legal research and analysis - Communicate with clients and opposing counsel - Draft legal documents - Participate in legal proceedings, such as depositions, motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of litigation experience - Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or willing to obtain a license immediately - Experience representing plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation - Experience in hearings, depositions, and/or motion practice - Trial and arbitration experience is a plus
