Lerch, Early & Brewer is a full-service law firm located in Bethesda, Maryland that is seeking a mid-level to senior level litigation associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience to support its Litigation Group. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as strong academic and professional credentials.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide support to the Litigation Group in a variety of dynamic practice areas, including commercial litigation, employment litigation, and white collar criminal defense -Demonstrate high standards of professional excellence and commitment to outstanding client satisfaction -Work directly with clients -Possess courtroom and deposition experience -Have substantive employment and/or commercial experience
Qualifications:
-3-6 years of experience -Excellent and demonstrable writing and analytical skills -Strong academic credentials -Completion of a judicial clerkship (favored, but not required) -Ability to work well with others and a strong work ethic -Maryland and D.C. Bar licenses -Admission to the Virginia Bar is strongly preferred
