Position Overview:
As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a diverse and challenging caseload, with a focus on life, health, and disability insurance and ERISA litigation. Experience in these areas is preferred, but we will also strongly consider candidates with consumer financial services experience, including Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and mortgage servicing experience. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to providing exceptional client service and is interested in participating in business development efforts. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
