Law Firm Seeks Litigation Associate Attorney in Eden Prairie Office
Fafinski Mark & Johnson (FMJ), a prestigious law firm located in Eden Prairie, MN, is currently seeking a talented and motivated litigation associate attorney with 2 to 3 years (or more) of experience in commercial and general litigation matters. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including a positive and collegial work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle a variety of commercial and general litigation matters - Demonstrate strong writing abilities and knowledge of court and procedural rules - Conduct written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings - Possess a thorough understanding of the litigation system - Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements: - Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota - 2 to 3 years (or more) of experience in commercial and general litigation - Trial experience and a portable book of business are a plus, but not required
