Job Description: The Global Commercial Disputes Group of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced mid-level litigation associate to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with a firmwide team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging practice area.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle multiple cases and serve as the point person on litigation matters - Coordinate with other associates and staff to ensure efficient case management - Act as client contact and provide regular updates on case progress - Conduct depositions and represent clients in the courtroom - Perform thorough legal research and analysis - Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents - Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Work collaboratively with a team to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications: - Texas bar admission - 3-4 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration - Excellent academic credentials - Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure - Deposition and courtroom experience required
