Job Title: Litigation Assistant at a Leading Personal Injury Law Firm in Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department), legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the law firm, including administrative tasks and supporting the legal team. - Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, and discovery indexes. - Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence. - Conduct legal research and gather evidence for case preparation. - Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions. - Manage client billing and resolve billing issues. - Implement and improve administrative processes for more efficient workflow. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree in paralegal studies, paralegal certificate, or bachelor's degree preferred. - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. - Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas preferred. - Strong multitasking and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and documentation. - Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
