Overview - Seeking a Litigation Administrative Assistant for the Boston office of a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm. - The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Litigation Attorneys and providing exceptional administrative support. - This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities - General administrative duties such as calendar management, expense reimbursement, document review, and management. - Handling conflict checks, opening new client/matter engagements, and setting up billing requirements. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and utilize technology. - Experience with document management systems and electronic docket filing systems is preferred.
Qualifications - 5 years of recent State and Federal litigation experience within a law firm. - Strong understanding of key legal principles. - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Interpersonal skills and professional judgment to interface with attorneys and clients.
