Banking Support Services (BSS) is part of Customer Services (CS) within the Chief Operating Office (COO).
BSS play a vital role in our customers journey and are responsible for customer support activities and legal and compliance activities, for ROI/FT/GB AIB branch networks and EBS Branch and broker networks. We operate to strict regulations and controls and regulatory time frames.

PLEASE NOTE: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent), to include a pass in English and Maths. These must be achieved at either Ordinary or Honours Level. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
