Job Description
ROLE TITLE: HOMES ADVISOR LEVEL 1
LOCATION: AIRSIDE
This role is being offered on a PERMANENT basis.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
*Has the ability to work in a high productivity environment while delivering high standards of work quality *Delivers exceptional Customer experience and advice, managing the mortgage journey and leveraging the full suite of AIB products, tools and services *Demonstrates an agile and flexible approach that best meets Customer needs *Experience in mortgages would be preferable

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU HAVE:
*Ideally you have an APA in Loans or are willing to work towards this *Experience in providing Customers with a high standard of service while proactively providing solutions to their needs *The ability to solve problems and navigate ambiguity *A strong work ethic and ability to self manage within a fast paced work environment while dealing with competing priorities *Strong attention to detail with high standards in regard to work quality
ROI ROLES - PLEASE NOTE: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent), to include a pass in English and Maths. These must be achieved at either Ordinary or Honours Level. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
