The Role: - Handle corporate, commercial, and asset-based financing matters - Take on first chair role in cases - Collaborate with team members within the firm and with counterparties
Requirements: - Significant experience in commercial lending and secured transactions - Experience in M&A and corporate transactions is helpful - Admission to The Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted
Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel and support to clients in lending matters - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Negotiate and review loan agreements and other financing documents - Advise clients on potential risks and legal implications of transactions - Communicate with clients, counterparties, and team members
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to The Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted - Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending and secured transactions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills - Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure
