Job Title: Legal Summer Associate (Summer 2025) Department: Legal, Regulatory, and Policy Team Experience: 1L or 2L law student

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on various legal and policy matters, including corporate, aviation, international law, privacy, and healthcare - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of legal information and resources for the team to utilize in the future - Gain skills in corporate governance and equity administration through work on consents, employment, and policy materials - Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts - Analyze the impact of new legislation on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s mission - Write and proofread legal documents and correspondence - Coordinate with public authorities for corporate filings and formalities
Qualifications:
- Strong legal research and writing skills - Analytical rigor and attention-to-detail - Organized and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities - Responsive with a positive, solution-oriented attitude - Creative and confident in suggesting new processes and solutions - Active listener who can effectively communicate complex information - Passionate about providing equitable access to goods for all
Additional Information:
- Full-time, in-person position at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s South San Francisco office - Duration of 10 weeks with potential flexibility on start/end dates - Two positions available - Must be eligible to work in the United States
Salary Information:
- Starting cash range of $1,700/week - Final pay will depend on candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location
