Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures - Experience with filing/serving out of state and in the Court of Appeals (preferred but not required) - Provide administrative support to attorneys - Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and e-discovery - Knowledge and experience with e-filing, case management, docketing, document review, and exhibit preparation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous Compulaw experience (beneficial) - Excellent analytical and written communication skills - First Party Property experience is a plus
