Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is currently seeking a Legal Secretary with at least 3 years of experience in litigation. Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Manage calendar and coordinate travel for Partners and Associates - Send approved communications and handle diverse administrative assignments - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents and external communication - Strong problem-solving and proofreading skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with e-filing in PA and NJ (PA & NJ State and Federal a plus)
Salary Information: $55,000 - $65,000
