Legal Secretary The candidate will include, handling incoming calls, scanning client documents, maintaining files and data entry as well as making follow-up calls while maintaining quality client relationships throughout the estate planning process. Growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients’ needs. Organizing Client Files, scanning and copying documents, and handling outgoing mail. Developing and maintaining written procedures for all activities. Contributing to overall flow in production where needed. Should have a pleasant, enthusiastic phone voice; an extremely positive and professional attitude; Good communication skills; excellent computer skills; ability to easily multi-task; empathy. Should have high school graduate or equivalent. Should have 1 year of Receptionist and Customer Service. Must have reliable transportation.
