Requirements: - 5 years of litigation experience - Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Must be willing to work in-office at least 3 times per week
Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of court procedures (federal and state) and ECF Rules - Familiarity with transcription software and transcribing dictations - Proficient in editing and formatting legal documents - Experience with electronic filing - Calendar management - Editing and finalizing attorney bills - Preparing and submitting expense reports and check requests - Opening new matters and clients - Researching options and pricing for attorney travel - Providing reception desk coverage as needed - Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
Education: - High school graduate, some college or college degree preferred
