Job Description:
We are seeking a talented legal sales and client satisfaction professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing information about our legal services and setting initial consultations with potential new clients from around Georgia and the world. Additionally, you will maintain ongoing contact with clients to promote communication and satisfaction. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the firm's legal services and products to potential clients - Sell and set initial consultations with attorneys for new clients - Maintain ongoing contact with new clients to promote communication and satisfaction - Handle non-legal issues and concerns for new clients - Document and update client records - Obtain client survey responses and testimonials - Stay knowledgeable about the firm's evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field - Ability to build rapport with potential and current clients - Strong prioritization and multitasking skills - Positive and professional demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
