Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research using online resources and treatises - Drafting legal documents, including memoranda of law, motions, and letters - Attending Pre-Hearing Conferences and internal meetings with other attorneys and technical staff - Organizing discovery documents for enforcement cases and permit hearings - Generating letters to respondents or permittees
