Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming client calls and follow detailed scripts - Fill out intake forms while speaking with clients - Receive calls electronically and through live transfer - Set the tone and pace of calls while maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude - Gather client information accurately and ask appropriate questions - Communicate with clients of various personalities and determine the viability of their claims - Type accurately and quickly on a PC in a Microsoft Windows environment - Have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Possess a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age - Bonus if you are bilingual in English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction - Professional phone voice that conveys customer care and concern - Active listening skills to ensure accurate and complete client information - Ability to ask appropriate questions and converse with various personalities - Fast and accurate typing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment - Flexible schedule and punctuality - High School Diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age - Bonus if you are bilingual in English and Spanish
Training and Shifts:
- Training will last approximately four weeks, Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm or 4pm-8pm - Once training is completed, you will move to your set schedule - Full Time - 40 hours per week - 2nd shift - Must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week - Punctuality and good attendance is a must!
