DLA Piper, a leading global law firm, is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant to support multiple lawyers and their practice. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, a competitive salary, and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Complete major assignments and a variety of tasks in support of the partner's practice - Exercise judgment and delegate administrative tasks and document work as appropriate - Substantively impact the success of the partner's financial viability with client matters - Plan, coordinate, and maintain attorney Outlook calendars and travel itineraries - Work closely with attorneys to keep them informed and prepare materials in advance - Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables - Handle extensive direct interaction with clients and outside business contacts - Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations - Develop and maintain professional relationships and ensure efficient teamwork - Coordinate department or practice group meetings - Participate in practice group and client team meetings - Maintain paper and electronic filing systems - Oversee billing matters
Desired Skills:
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple high priority projects - Excellent time management skills - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good professional judgment
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
