Job Title: Legal E-Billing Coordinator in Elmsford, NY - Law Firm
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in legal e-billing or related field
Salary Range: $55K- $75K yearly – Commensurate with Experience
Location: Elmsford, NY
Responsibilities:
H1: Responsibilities of Legal E-Billing Coordinator
H2: The Legal E-Billing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Processing and reviewing time entries and expenses for accuracy and completeness before submission for e-billing - Maintaining a thorough understanding of various e-billing formats and client-specific requirements - Utilizing e-billing software to prepare and submit invoices electronically through client portals - Tracking and monitoring the e-billing process, ensuring timely submission and addressing any errors or rejections - Communicating effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies - Researching and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance industry billing standards and regulations - Generating reports and analyzing billing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintaining accurate and detailed electronic billing records in accordance with firm policies - Assisting with accounts receivable tasks such as following up on outstanding invoices
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal e-billing or a related field - Proven experience working with legal billing software and e-billing platforms - Strong understanding of legal billing principles and terminology - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy - Superior organizational and time management skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize assignments - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
