As a Legal Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, assisting attorneys with personal injury settlements, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload, assisting attorneys with personal injury settlements - Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers on a daily basis - Obtain necessary documents and records to support injury and liability positions - Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and medical providers - Work with a team of coworkers to manage and support case files - Maintain organized case files and prepare comprehensive demands for submission - Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of two years of legal or insurance experience - Strong understanding of Florida Insurance Laws - Excellent negotiating skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and outside of the box - Proactive in interactions with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Professional appearance and demeanor - Intermediate to advanced computer skills
