Job Description
Legal Business Associate Manager- Legal Entity Management:
- Legal entity management experience, corporate legal secretarial experience or alternative legal service industry experience - Experience with entity management lifecycle and annual compliance - Knowledge of and experience with Legal Entity Management databases and other complementary systems - Experience with legal technology and its application in legal entity management or contract lifecycle management - Bachelor's degree required - Ability to perform job responsibilities in a hybrid work model and travel up to 50% - Active accreditation in one of the following: CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, SAS certified data scientist, paralegal certification, or other technical certifications - Experience with Microsoft Office and other technology skills such as Excel, PPT, Visio, Power BI, Tableau - Ability to proactively identify and execute on continuous service improvements through technology and process improvements - Ability to work with Deloitte partners, staff, and associates on LEM projects and engagements - Structuring, running, and executing US Legal Entity Management operate services - Developing eminence and thought leadership materials in the field of Legal Entity Management and legal innovation - Monitoring performance of LEM engagement delivery teams - Advising on proposals - Assisting with formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities and related compliance activities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization within Deloitte
