What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary Strong knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures, with a focus on litigation Proficiency in e-filing and calendaring Excellent organizational and communication skills Dedication to providing top-quality legal services Self-starter with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
Responsibilities:
Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure success at every step of the client's matter Maintain intricate knowledge of court filing rules and procedures Utilize e-filing and calendaring skills to support the legal team Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in all aspects of the role
