Job Description
Small law firm seeking legal assistant for estate planning and administration practice. Ideal candidate would be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritize skills. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, ordering office supplies, transcription, typing letters, pleadings and estate planning documents, assisting attorneys with case management and scheduling, handling bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities, making deposits at the bank, picking up and dropping off mail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Hours are 8:30 – 4:30, Monday through Friday, beginning immediately.
