- Work with clients and attorneys to complete the estate administration process, including probating estates, preparing legal documents for attorney review, gathering asset information, preparing inheritance tax returns, and communicating with the Department of Public Welfare. - Organize, maintain, and search for hard copy and electronic files as requested by attorneys or other staff. - Perform general operational tasks such as answering phones, copying, scanning, and handling mail according to firm policies and procedures. - Prepare and proofread correspondence for accuracy. - Maintain confidentiality of all client and personnel matters.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative or related position. - High school diploma or GED required. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom. - Excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills. - Deadline-driven and highly organized.
