Job Description
Legal Assistant The candidate will assist the attorney with onboarding clients and preparing the new client’s file. Will ensure the client’s file is being handled properly and in a timely manner. Assist clients with getting their questions answered. Ensure the client receives excellent customer service from the firm. Set up Claims with 1st and 3rd party insurance companies. Follow up with Medical Facilities and Clients to ensure the client is compliant with their medical treatment for their MVA injuries. Assists with other duties, as assigned. Should have a High School Diploma. Must preferably have 3-5 years of personal injury legal assistant experience. Spanish Speaker preferred.
