Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain all case files handled by the Prosecuting Attorney's office - Process court orders and maintain and update legal cases in multiple databases - Schedule court events and review and update court docket schedules - Provide front desk and administrative support to attorneys and victim advocates - Verify sentencing information from court logs and record legal information - Process and file legal documents and court orders - Provide customer service and administrative support within the assigned unit - Perform related work as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, 2 years of college preferred - 1-3 years of related work experience in the courts - Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities - No required licenses or certifications
