Responsibilities: - Assist and support state attorneys in their duties by performing legal assistant and administrative tasks - Audit, sort, assemble, sign, print, scan, copy, and envelope documents - Navigate spreadsheets and process reports - Review consumer files and prepare outbound mailings - Communicate and collaborate with other legal team members, including attorneys, county clerks, judges, and consumers' places of employment

We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team and support our state attorneys in their duties. This is a challenging and hands-on role, perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
As a Legal Assistant at our law firm, you will be responsible for performing legal assistant and administrative tasks, including document auditing, sorting, assembling, and processing. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other legal team members and communicate with attorneys, county clerks, judges, and consumers' places of employment. To be successful in this role, we prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, as well as experience in the financial services industry or creditors rights.
