Experience in drafting, file management, and intermediate-level motion practice is preferred. The candidate must have administrative knowledge, exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in G Suites, and typing abilities with speed and accuracy. Initial obligations include preparing legal documents and correspondence, opening and maintaining files, attending client intake, scanning, coordinating video meetings, time entry, filing with courts and government agencies, etc. Candidates should also be well organized, professional, capable of meeting deadlines, and adept at managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities.Successful candidates should possess superior verbal and written communication skills and be receptive to instruction and training.
