Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office efficiency - Communicate with clients, field associates, and vendors to ensure smooth operations - Prepare case summaries and materials for mediation, organize team case reviews - Conduct thorough research to gather case-relevant information - Type and file legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately - Maintain updated contact inventories and facilitate deadlines with timely reminders - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Pre-Suit/Pre-Litigation Personal Injury law - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal technology - Strong communication skills in English; bilingualism is a plus - Experience with case management software - Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively - Outstanding time-management and typing skills - Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously - Professional demeanor, including attire and attendance
