Job Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to attorneys in the litigation services practice group - Prepare and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs - Maintain case files and manage document production - Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development - Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel - Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances - Manage attorney calendars and deadlines - Assist with trial preparation and support during trials - Handle billing and invoicing for legal services
Qualifications: - Prior litigation experience preferred - Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes - Excellent computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases - Ability to handle multiple deadlines and remain organized in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality - Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
