Our firm is currently seeking highly qualified Legal Assistants to join our team in various departments such as Foreclosure, Payoff, Reinstatement, Bankruptcy, and Office Services. Responsibilities: - Prepare legal documents such as complaints, judgments, affidavits, motions, and pleadings - Schedule hearings and mediations - E-file in various portals - Monitor and ensure compliance with client directives - Enter information into case management systems - Create documents using forms and templates - Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties
Qualifications: - Excellent data entry skills - Previous experience is helpful but not required - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Deadline and detail-oriented
