Job Description
Law Firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with Trusts and Estates experience to join their team.
The successful candidate will have 2 years of litigation assistant experience with knowledge of Surrogate Court filings, court procedures, Probate and Elder Law (Medicaid a plus). They will provide daily administrative support, prepare guardianships and pleadings, open, maintain and organize client files, monitor attorney’s calendars and answer client calls, schedule meetings and enter attorney’s time using Omega.
This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, including 401(k).
