Legal Administrative Assistant - Compassionate and Organized Professional Needed at Growing Law Firm
Position Overview:

This position will work closely with one of the firm's partners and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document review and production, and client communication.

Position Specifications and Duties:
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing documents in both paper and electronic filing systems - Handling email correspondence for attorneys - Drafting correspondence - Answering phones professionally and directing callers to appropriate personnel - Reviewing draft documents for accuracy and errors - Opening and maintaining client files using Dropbox and Actionstep - Processing signed documents and coordinating their delivery
Position Expectations and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Some post-high school education, preferably an associate's or bachelor's degree - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat - Strong organizational and time management skills - The ability to multitask and work well in a team-oriented environment
