Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate will work in Litigation, Estates & Trusts, Elder law, Municipal law and Intellectual Property. Managing attorney calendars; Tracking and calendaring of court-related deadlines and flings; Copying and scanning for attorneys as needed; Greet clients, process the mail; order offce supplies as necessary; Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately.Assist with intake process and engagement letters. Profcient in Microsoft Offce Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to manage projects, follow through on assignments and manage deadlines are required. High degree of initiative, attention to detail and accuracy and timeliness are required. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team are required. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish positive relationships at all levels are required. College degree preferred; NetDocuments experience a plus.
