We are currently seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Burlington office. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with the preparation, editing, proofreading, and filing of legal documents - Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling for attorneys - Maintain and organize client files in our electronic document management system - Handle confidential information with discretion and perform data entry tasks - Coordinate client meetings, event planning, arbitration dates, and travel arrangements - Provide general administrative support, including copying and scanning
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 and its applications - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail - Quick learner with the ability to work with complex electronic documents - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Team player who can also work independently - Associate or bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services/corporate setting (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - Occasional travel may be required

Location:
This position is based at our Burlington office, located at 199 Main Street, Burlington, VT. Due to the nature of our work, this is an in-person role.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications.
