Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain legal documents, databases, and electronic records and files - File documents with the Patent and Trademark Office - Review and track dates on Intellectual Property Docket system to meet deadlines - Follow up on important filings, court dates, and correspondence - Monitor intake of new matters and coordinate billing - Schedule and coordinate meetings, both in-person and virtual - Provide administrative support and assistance by routing mail, screening calls, and performing clerical duties - Assist in supporting business development - Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
