Our award-winning law firm is seeking a dynamic, creative and compassionate Legal Administrative Assistant to join our high-performance team! This individual must desire the challenge of a fast-paced work environment in a cutting edge industry. This is a full-time, hourly paid position.

Duties:
Utilize case management software to update and extract information Gather and review necessary client documents Ability to effectively prepare and complete applications under attorney supervision Respond to inquiries from current clients Assists prospective walk-in clients Communicate effectively with clients, staff or outside agencies to resolve legal related issues. Timely mails correspondence to clients Assist with other projects as needed
Job Requirements: Bilingual: English & Spanish (speaking, reading and writing), required. Immigration Removal Defense legal assistant experience, minimum of 2 years preferred. Administrative office experience preferred 1-2 years. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
Skills: Ability to analyze and organize factual issues Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications Customer service-oriented and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work well with others and with various personalities Ability to manage multiple projects under stress and strict deadlines
Software: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Intermediate knowledge required ProDocs, INSZoom, DocuShare preferred but not required
