Rutgers University’s Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations is hiring Lecturers and Coadjutants to teach a range of courses in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. The successful applicants will present course materials during assigned course times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades, complete assessment of student learning reports, and coordinate any other requirements related to course instruction.
## Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- **PhD, Law Degree, or Master’s degree** related to the program (Labor & Employment Relations, Sociology, History, etc.) - Preference for those with evidence of teaching excellence at the undergraduate, graduate or adult education levels.

Salary is per Credit.
