This is an exciting opportunity for a rising 2L or 3L student to gain valuable experience in the field of cybersecurity law while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Title: Law Clerk - Litigation (Summer 2025) Experience: 2L or 3L, preferably with membership to Law Review or Moot Court. Salary: Competitive market salary with a full benefit package, including unlimited time off, paid maternity and paternity leave, and a generous 401(k) program. Location: Devon, PA (relocation assistance not available) Department: Litigation Type: Summer Clerkship (flexible schedule around semester classes)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with attorneys on legal projects related to data privacy and cybersecurity issues. - Gather and compile facts and relevant case information. - Conduct legal research on novel and emerging issues. - Provide written analysis of findings.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a 2L or 3L program with a strong academic record. - Membership to Law Review or Moot Court preferred. - Excellent research, analytic, writing, and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
