Lateral Attorneys The candidates must have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be actively licensed as an attorney in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction. Should have undergraduate and/or graduate degrees in chemistry or life sciences, excellent law school credentials, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experienced attorneys joining Element IP can expect to be exposed to a wide variety of important and challenging intellectual property matters ranging from patent procurement and legal opinions to PTAB trials. Should be creative, motivated, independent individuals to join our team.
