Helsell Fetterman: Seeking Land Use and Real Estate Associate Helsell Fetterman, a trusted law firm with over 130 years of experience providing advice and advocacy to its clients, is seeking an attorney to join its real estate and land use practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in litigating a variety of real estate and land use matters, including boundary disputes, contractor disputes, liens, covenant enforcement, condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ association disputes. Additionally, the candidate should have experience appearing before regulatory and administrative bodies regarding issues that arise in the use of real property and development of private and public projects. Washington State Bar membership is required.
Responsibilities: - Support litigation matters in the firm’s real estate and land use practice group - Take a strategic and leadership role in the matters they support - Draft, write, and research - Provide quality and effective representation to the firm’s clients - Work side by side with partners and receive practical, real mentorship
Qualifications: - At least four years’ experience in real estate and land use matters - Experience litigating boundary disputes, contractor disputes, liens, covenant enforcement, condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ association disputes - Experience appearing before regulatory and administrative bodies - Washington State Bar membership
Compensation: Helsell Fetterman offers competitive compensation for the right candidate, including a salary range of $125,000 - $153,000 per year.
