Job Description **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, a more than 750 lawyer firm with 18 offices across the U.S., is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its labor and employment litigation practice in New Jersey or Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of labor and employment litigation experience. Experience with employment litigation in state and federal courts; administrative practice before local, state and federal agencies; and/or advice and counseling is required. Experience in traditional labor matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges, and in transactional matters involving labor and employment issues is a plus. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Our Litigation Department represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represents clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment of a national law firm. Active bar license in New Jersey or Pennsylvania is preferred.
