We are currently seeking a Labor Relations and Human Resources Consultant to join our Labor & Employment team in Burlington, Vermont.
As a key member of our team, you will work to facilitate effective and proactive labor relations and human resources solutions for our clients. We thrive on solving challenging problems and building strong relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a unionized environment. SHRM and/or HRCI certification is a plus.

As a Labor Relations and Human Resources Consultant at DRM, you will have specific expectations and general objectives to guide your work.
