Labor Attorney - Collective Bargaining and Negotiations:
- Focus exclusively on labor negotiations and collective bargaining - Operate independently with little oversight - Regular travel throughout Washington is mandatory - Opportunity to become a partner and join one of the largest public sector Labor groups in Seattle - No portable book of business required - Moving stipends offered for candidates relocating to Seattle
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of collective bargaining experience strongly preferred - Ability to run bargaining sessions independently from day one - Extensive experience representing employers or unions in bargaining and negotiations - Competency in providing legal advice and counsel on NLRA issues - Strong communication skills and personable demeanor - Impeccable drafting skills, specifically with contracts and collective bargaining agreement language - Member of the Washington State Bar Association or able to obtain membership within a reasonable period - Washington resident or planning to relocate to the Seattle area - Interested in joining firm membership, given Summit's all-member model
