Job Description
The law firm is seeking an experienced Labor Attorney to join their dynamic and established practice, representing prominent local and national employers. This full-time position is available in several locations including Greenville, South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Raleigh, North Carolina; Birmingham, Alabama; Nashville, Tennessee; and Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of employment and labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns.
If you are a proactive and passionate attorney with a strong background in labor law, this is an excellent opportunity for you to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. In this role, you will have extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in their state of residence. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic record and completed formal studies in labor law. The ability to travel is also required.
