Experience and education requirements:
JD from accredited law school Minimum of 5 years of traditional labor law experience is preferred. MA Bar Admission
Key responsibilities:
Representing employers in traditional labor relations issues, including NLRB charges and elections, collective bargaining agreements, and arbitration proceedings. Providing legal advice to employers on federal and Massachusetts labor and employment law compliance. Reviewing handbooks, policies, and forms for compliance with state and federal law. Conducting management training on labor relations, workplace issues, and harassment and discrimination prevention. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Key skills:
Strong understanding of traditional labor law and current agency enforcement techniques. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Willingness to travel for business purposes.

As a Labor Associate, your key responsibilities will include representing employers in traditional labor relations issues such as NLRB charges, collective bargaining agreements, and arbitration proceedings. You will also provide legal advice to employers on federal and Massachusetts labor and employment law compliance, review handbooks and policies for compliance, and conduct management training on labor relations and workplace issues.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of traditional labor law and current agency enforcement techniques. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are also essential. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. This position may also require regular business travel.
